I am Jack Santucci, a recent Georgetown Ph.D. focused on parties, elections, and alternative voting rules. Much of my work concerns the pros, cons, and possibility of a multi-party system. My dissertation and book project accounts for the rise and fall of proportional voting systems in American cities, 1893-1962. I have other, in-progress work on ranked-choice voting, public opinion, and legislative behavior. Please visit my academic website for more information.
